Work Hard. Play Hard.

Play

A born adventurer, I’ve always had a passion for the outdoors and new challenges. From before I can recall descending mountains, riding bikes and fitting multiple activities into my day was the norm. Some things never change. I will rise at 3am to make it from the Bay Area to Tahoe for first tracks on a powder day, surf dawn patrol before work and bike into the sunset. As a lifelong athlete, I actively look for ways to integrate my love of sports with my work.

Beyond sport there are many things in my life that constitute ‘Play’, the things which allow my mind to be free, to lose track of time and to be creative. I love to cook, make up recipes and experiment with what the farmers market might provide that week. I can also be found snapping photos, coloring in my sketchbook or maintaining and tinkering with my gear. I do everything from building my own bike, to tuning my skis and repairing my surfboard.

A natural ‘connector’ I enjoy bringing people together and am inspired by those around me. I organize regular dinner parties, art nights, events and adventures. I’ve led trips to Mt. Shasta backcountry skiing, Big Sur camping, Costa Rica surfing, and The Lost Coast for backpacking and surfing.
